Order Cancellations

Once payment is completed, your order will enters production, which includes material sourcing, printing, and sewing.

Within 48 Hours: To cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund (excluding processing fees).

After 48 Hours: Cancellations requested after 48 hours will incur a 40% material and labor fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handcrafted and custom-made to fit unique body measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-craftsmanship or non-quality issues. If you experience an unforeseen or uncontrollable issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Production & Delivery Lead Times

Due to the complexity of these products, production requires time.

Standard Lead Time: Orders are typically completed within 50 days.

Peak Season: During busy periods (such as the lead-up to Halloween), production times may extend up to 60 days.

Rush Orders: If you need your item expedited for a convention, party, or specific event, please contact us before placing your order.
