Shipping Information

In most cases, the products available on our website are custom-made costumes. Please allow an additional 10–15 business days for production before shipment.

If you require expedited processing, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and shipping deadline.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or dedicated shipping lines depending on the destination and shipping conditions. Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining multiple items into a single order whenever possible.

Notice: We are unable to ship to military addresses. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses may require an additional $15 address adjustment fee.
